EDUJI is an Ege University-based academic spin-off founded in 2021 in the field of instructional technologies. Its founders have 20 years of experience in education and project development. EDUJI aims to develop projects on a large scale in the fields of engineering, education and other disciplines. EDUJI designs and develops learning platforms considering instructional technologies and pedagogical methods and principles. Instructional design includes curriculum and content design as well as technological design of learning platforms. The founders of EDUJI are experts in higher education, mainly in the areas related to engineering education with their projects considering the improvement of engineering students‘ soft skills and enhancing their entrepreneurial capabilities.
The I.E.S. Javier García Téllez is a public high school centre, which offers bilingual education. It centre that works for society, adapting the objectives and methodologies to leave a mark on its students as well as on the city of which it is a part. It tries to respond to different needs as well as to fulfil different objectives and curricular contents that go from the first stages of secondary level to contents of higher-level training cycles. In 2016 it was awarded with the honour plaque of Alfonso X El Sabio, a recognition from the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports for being a benchmark of Vocational Training The centre provides secondary level education: ESO & VET and HNC (higher level VET), it has have 108 teachers and around 1300 students, of which 700 on secondary level (200 students are from ESO, 500 from VET) and 600 students are from HNC.
EOLAS S.L. is founded by a team of professionals with more than 20 years of experience in idea generation, identification of financing schemes, proposal preparation, partner search and management of international, European, national and regional projects. It combines the knowledge and experience in the field of economics, innovation and enterprise organization with engineering, allowing the company to integrate both the technical coordination as well as the economic aspects of project management. Izmir Province National Education Directorate is a state department in charge of the planning and coordination of all kinds of educational and training activities in pre‐school, primary, secondary and adult education in İzmir Province. The institution includes many departments such as; training teachers and In-Service Training, Adult education, Culture, Health, Research and Development, Projects, Special Education and Guidance, and Sports departments. In addition, it provides, together with the ministry of education and the mayor, financial support and investment for the abovementioned institutions and departments. The institution is responsible for 52.191 teachers, 5.000 full time working personnel, 700.854 students 3737 primary /secondary schools, in‐service training and adult training centres.
